The Queen Beauty Network (QBN), led by President and CEO Holly Lynch, is set to resume filming of its original reality series Pretty Down to Earth this May in Upstate New York. The production marks a major milestone in the network’s innovative programming strategy as it continues to document the environmental missions of twelve Miss Earth USA finalists. The series is scheduled to broadcast in June 2025, culminating in a live televised crowning of Miss Earth USA on July 6, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

The series, which began filming earlier this year, follows a cohort of finalists from the Miss Earth USA preliminary rounds as they engage in a variety of ecological initiatives and awareness campaigns while also competing in pageant-like challenges. Designed to bring mainstream attention to climate and sustainability issues, the program allows the delegates to demonstrate their beauty from the inside out. With production resuming in Central New York, the show captures the essence of environmental education in communities where nature and civic engagement intersect.

Holly Lynch, an Army veteran and media entrepreneur, brings decades of broadcast and live event production experience to the project. From her early career in advertising and network leadership roles at Quorum Broadcasting and owning a nationally recognized advertising agency to producing fashion shows during NYFW and building a respected Talent Agency, Lynch has consistently built platforms for emerging voices. Her vision with QBN is to cultivate a multimedia space centered on beauty, fashion, and pageantry—infused with messages of empowerment and social impact.

The choice to resume filming in Oneida and Onondaga counties reflects both a logistical advantage and a symbolic gesture. “These counties have been instrumental in shaping my career and values,” Lynch noted. “Returning here to continue production not only supports local communities but reinforces our mission to show how environmental responsibility begins at the local level.”

The upcoming episodes of Pretty Down to Earth will delve into a wide range of ecological topics, including sustainable agriculture, access to clean water, and more. Delegates will also revisit subjects like the role of bees in the ecosystem and eco-conscious fashion—a sector increasingly relevant in the beauty and pageant industries. The challenge show format allows the finalists to contribute actively to each episode’s narrative, while ensuring their personalities shine and their voices remain central to the storytelling.

This production is more than a standalone series—it is part of a broader collaboration between The Queen Beauty Network and Miss Earth USA. The national pageant organization, known for promoting values such as Authentic Beauty, Social Responsibility, and Positive Spirit, has long been an incubator for young female environmental leaders. Through the “Beauties for a Cause®” platform, Miss Earth USA delegates implement community-level projects and serve as spokespeople for ecological initiatives.

The culmination of this season will be the live broadcast of the Miss Earth USA 2025 final crowning event in July. This finale will not only serve as the conclusion to the Pretty Down to Earth season but also coincide with the pageant’s 25th anniversary. Finalists will receive expense-paid travel for filming and red carpet appearances, media exposure across QBN platforms, and a chance to win a prize package valued at over $150,000.

Laura Clark, Director of Miss Earth USA and Chief Operating Officer of The Queen Beauty Network, plays a key role in producing the series. Her leadership in both the competition and content development ensures that the environmental themes remain aligned with the organization’s core values. “We’re not just preparing these women for a crown,” Clark said. “We’re preparing them to lead, to communicate critical issues to diverse audiences, and to use media as a tool for real change.”

With its unique blend of reality television, social impact, and pageant culture, Pretty Down to Earth distinguishes itself from other programming in the beauty industry. By focusing on twelve finalists rather than a single winner, the series democratizes the spotlight and reflects a more inclusive, mission-driven approach to pageantry.

The return to filming in Upstate New York not only provides rich backdrops for production but also positions QBN to engage with communities that represent the diverse environmental landscapes of America. As the episodes air this June and build toward the July finale, the series invites viewers to consider the role of everyday citizens—especially young women—in advocating for and implementing solutions to global challenges.

Through Pretty Down to Earth, The Queen Beauty Network continues to deliver on its promise to revolutionize beauty media by integrating meaningful storytelling, real-world challenges, and aspirational leadership. As anticipation builds for the Miss Earth USA coronation, the network remains committed to amplifying voices that are passionate, informed, and determined to make a difference.
